Present: Anne Alzapiedi, David Clemmey, Robert Naismith, Barbara
Orlando, Marilyn Powers, and Nancy Surdel
1. Meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m.
2. Minutes from July 18, 1990 were accepted as printed by
Naismith/Clemmey.
3. Correspondence: A thank you note was received from Allyson Nelson,
President of the Mansfield Depot Tenant's Association.
4. Marilyn Powers distributed an outline of goals (Action Plan) for
the Fair Housing Committee broken down for the next three ,years. This
plan was reviewed and accepted by members to become part of the Fair
Housing Plan. A suggestion was made to change item #8 in the Fair
Housing Plan to state that there should be an annual review of the
committees' goals.
5. Anne Alzapiedi will be making the necessary updates to the Fair
Housing Plan in regard to the following items:
A. Community Profile
B. Goals
C. Complaint Intake Form
Once the plan has been updated it will be distributed to all Fair
Housing Committee members.
6. Barbara Orlando showed members a draft copy of the poster
format.
Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wed., September 19, 1990 at 6:15 pin.
