Present: Anne Alzapiedi, David Clemmey, Barbara Orlando, Marilyn
Powers, and Nancy Surdel
1. Meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m.
2. Minutes from August 22, 1990 were accepted as printed by
Powers / Clemmey.
3. Brief discussion re: recruiting new members. Anne will place
notice on Cable TV to recruit and will also post notice re:
discrimiation issues. Anne also asked if there was any information on
when the Mansfield News would print the picture of the poster contest
winners. (Photograph and short article did appear in Mansfield News
on September 28, 1990.
4. Barbara gave a rough draft of community profile data to Anne to
incorporate in the Fair Housing Plan. Marilyn will review the Housing
Authority map to get a breakdown of the number of subsidized units by
precinct.
5. Barbara will contact Robert Naismith to see if Mr. Varney is still
interested in speaking to the committee about comprehensive permits.
6. Marilyn is still in the process of getting quotes for the printing
of the posters.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wed., October 17, 1990 at 6:15 pm.
