December 4, 1991 �A SSACMUSITTS
Present: Shaun Burke, Thomas Brady, David Clemmey, Barbara Orlando,
and Nancy Surdel
1. Meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m.
2. Minutes from November. 6, 1991 were accepted as printed
Brady / Surdel.
3, Fair. Housing Plan Status: The EOCD grant application notification
will be forthcoming in the next two weeks. If the Town is in non-
compliance with the FHP we will. be notified in conjunction with the
EOCD Grant, The Town applied for $132,000. for a fourteen month
Downtown Manager program under the Small. Cities program.
4. Poster Contest Judging:
Grand Prize $50. Savings Bond -MCB
1st Place- Basketball - Marciano's
2nd Place -$10 Certificate Bookends
3rd Place -Gift Certicate Ann Marie's
Jessica Dunn (6L Yellow)
Megan Thurber (6L Yellow)
Stacey Sheridan (6D Orange)
Adrienne Dybes (6L Yellow)
Winners are from the sixth grade classes at Qualter's Middle School.
Barbara will make arrangements for the award presentations.
Meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
