Shaun will include a copy of the poster with the MCAD report. The posters are at the Mansfield News; Marilyn will pick them to have copies made at Fasprint. Fasprint has been contacted already. Marilyn Powers will mount the originals to be dis- played at Town Hall. It was suggested that the poster be in black and white only next year to ease the printing. The Town Manager will fund printing from the departmental budget. Shaun Burke, Fair Housing Director, will contact cable about a notice being placed on cable about the availability of the posters. Invite winners to Selectmen's meeting and present finished posters to Selectmen. A consensus of the Committee was to send "Thank You" letters to Mansfield Cooperative Bank, Marcianos, Book Ends, Ann Marie's, School Committee, Linda Swallow, and Ed Duesser and to send a copy of the letter to the Mansfield News for par- ticipating in the poster contest. 4. Discussion of Committee Size The number of Committee members has dropped from nine to five. Applications can be filed when there are no vacancies but in- terviews can't be held until the number of members has changed. If any members know of someone that is interested in serving on the Committee, have them attend a meeting and file an application. 5. Discussion of New Business An activity should be planned for the spring and fall other than the poster contest, e.g, speakers, booth at the Home Show, brochure listing resources and advocates. Possible speakers may be someone from South Shore Housing and /or Garen Bresnick. It was agreed upon to approach the Mansfield Rotary to discuss a booth. 6.
