MINUTES
April 29, 1992
PRESENT: Chairman Barbara Orlando, Clerk Nancy Surdel,
Thomas Brady, David Clemmey, Marilyn Powers
Shaun P. Burke, Fair Housing Director
1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:22 P.M.
2. MINUTES OF MARCH 18, 1992
MOTION: To accept the minutes of March 18, 1992 as
corrected.
(Brady- Powers) All in favor. PASSES.
3. OLD BUSINESS
Future Speaker Susan Johnson of South Shore Housing
Susan Johnson is scheduled to speak to the Fair Housing
Committee on May 20, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. Chairman Orlando
will contact Ms. Johnson to confirm the date and time.
The meeting may be held in the library in order to
accommodate a cable broadcast. Chairman Orlando will
also be contacting the Mansfield News, Sun Chronicle,
and Brockton Enterprise to inform them of the speaker and
meeting date and time.
Fall Activities
1. Poster Contest - Definitely
2. Involvement in ADA Conference or Seminar (Possible
but not in scope of Fair Housing Committee)
3. Essay Contest with High School Students
4. United Way Family Expo at Great Woods on October 10

of Selectmen's meeting. Fair Housing
Burke will check on the citations and
winners. Mr. Burke will also check to

The discussion of goals and objectives will be postponed
to a later date.
