1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:15 Y.M.
?. MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 16, 1992
?LOTION: To accept the minutes of September 16, 1992.
(Brady- Clemmey) All in favor. PASSES.
3. CORRESPONDENCE
Letter of resignation from Nancy Surdel. A letter will
be sent to the Board of Selectmen seeking another member.
4. OLD BUSINESS
Update on Action Plan
Shaun explained changes he made in the community profile.
He noted that the number of federally and state assisted
family housing units is actually less than 9% and closer
to 69. Thomas Brady suggested that we place posters n
all rental and real estate agencies to improve our
community outreach.
5. NEW BUSINESS
The third annual poster contest was discussed. Barbara
Orlando will contact Mr. Deusser and Ms. Swallow
regarding starting the contest. Shaun Burke suggested
that we ask them if they would like to change the format
or fun the contest differently
