1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:20 P.M.
2. MINUTES OF OCTOBER 14, 1992
MOTION: To accept the minutes of October 14, 1992.
(Brady- Powers) All in favor. PASSES.
3. OLD BUSINESS
A. Update Fair Housing plan goals and objectives within
plan.
Committee decided that existing goals and objective
are acceptable as written. E.O.C.D sent Shaun Burke a
new breakout showing that Mansfield has approximately
577 affordable units, up for 468. This will not
change our percentage of affordable units because our
new construction is approximately 150 -200 annually.
Approximately 6.5% from 8.6 affordable units. The
goal of Chapter 40b is 105.
B. Barbara Orlando updated the Committee on the third
annual poster contest progress.
Everyone decided to go with the same prizes as last
year. Marilyn Powers will contact Ann Marie's
restaurant. Barbara Orlando will contact Marciano's
and Bookend as the Mansfield Cooperative Bank has
already agreed to donate a $50.00 savings bond. The
Qualters middle school is going to begin the contest
after the Christmas holiday.
