1. Meeting called to order at 6:10 P.M.
2. Correspondence
1. Minutes of January 17, 1996 - Amended to show correct spelling of poster contest
winners' names
Motion: To approve as written
(Marton- Motyka) All in favor. PASSES
3. Fair Housing Poster Contest) r'p
The committee would like to havethe top4wo poster/framed to place in the display
case at the Qualters Middle School, as 18 "x24" prints with black frames and black
mats. The committee got quotes of $59.10 each from Sharon Custom Framing,
$65.50 each from Happy Hollow Frame Shop, and $86.00 from The Picket Fence.
The committee decided to go with Happy Hollow.
Grand Prize will be $50 and one pizza; First Prize will be a soccer ball or basketball
and one pizza; Second Prize will be a gift certificate from Bookends and one pizza;
Third Prize will be two pizzas. _
4. New Business
The committee discussed contacting Foxboro Planning Director Tim Higgins about
the status of the Foxboro State Hospital land sale, and State Representative Barbara
Hyland about a contact person at DCPO.
5. Adjournment
Motion: To adjourn at 7:00 P.M.
