PRESENT: Ronald Webster, Roland Benoit, Judith Marton, Sherry Buck, Kathy Davidson,
Louise Motyka; Shuan Burke, Fair Housing Director.
I. Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. The poster contest will be held in conjunction with Officer Connor of the Dare Program to
include age, race and handicapped as themes. The contest will be finalized the first week in
December.
3. It was decided that the next meeting would be held November 5th at 6:00 p.m.
4. Ron Webster announced that the Mansfield Cooperative Bank would once again contribute
$250.00 to our fund. U. S. Trust will contribute $50.00 to the poster contest.
5. A date for the next regional meeting was to be discussed on November 5th.
6. Concern was shown over Sue Smith's frequent absence from meetings. Ron Webster
agreed to call and discuss the matter with her.
7. After our meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m., the committee met with the Board of
Selectmen, at which time Ron Webster introduced each of our members to the board. He
then suggested forming a working partnership between the Board of Selectmen and Fair
Housing Committee in order to achieve the goals, objectives and opportunities outlined by our
committee. Our plan was favorably received and the selectmen voted unanimously to accept
it.
