Present: Ronald Webster, Roland Benoit, Sherry Buck Kathy Davidson, and Louise
Motyka.
1. Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Ron Webster announced that Sue Smith wished to remain on the committee.
Ron Webster spoke to committee members about organizing a regional meeting to be held
on a Wednesday sometime between the end of January and the middle of February.
4. Kathy Davidson announced that she had a $10.00 certificate from Book Ends for the
poster contest. Grogan - Marciano is contributing two soccer balls. Sherry Buck
announced that Video Mania would contribute five free rentals.
5. Sherry Buck had prices and samples for framing posters.
6. Ron Webster passed out newsletters that we read and had a discussion about certain
issues.
7. It was decided that the next meeting would be held on November 19, 1997 at 6:00 p.m.
8. Roland Benoit agreed to get a list of tax title land. Louise Motyka agreed to obtain
information about an abandoned house on Coral Street.
9. Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
