PRESENT: Ronald Webster, Roland Benoit, Judith Martone, Kathy Davidson and Louise
Motyka. Also present was Shaun Burke, Fair Housing Director.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
t. Committee members toured the site of the proposed Jackson Village Senior Housing.
2. Judy Martone expressed the thought that senior housing might be the best use for this
land and create the least amount of problems for area residents. She suggested that we
notify the Mahoneys of having toured the area. Shaun Burke agreed to draft a letter to
them stating that when the plans are more refined, the committee will meet with them
once again.
3. There was considerable discussion about the feasibility of building on the land due to the
poor conditions. Lack of parking spaces remains a concern.
4. At our next meeting it was agreed once again to took at other possibilities for available
land.
5. Our next meeting was scheduled for September 23, 1998 at 6:00 p.m.
