MINUTES
February 7, 2001
PRESENT: Ronald Webster, Roland Benoit, Cheryl Buck, Shelly Roberts, Louise Motyka.

2. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Capital Improvements Request
Mr. Burke distributed copies of a proposal to be presented to the Capital Improvements
Committee for $10,000 to begin funding an affordable housing program. The intent of the
program will be to assist Mansfield residents in becoming homeowners. The committee agreed
that a presentation of this plan be made to the Finance Conunittee and that a memo be
submitted to the Board of Selectmen.
3. Fair Housing Poster Contest
Linda Swallow has suggested the poster contest be held in the spring. Contacts for prize
donations will be made as follows: Shelley Roberts, Book Ends and Video Mania; Roland
Benoit, Grogan Marciano Sporting Goods; Ron Webster, North Easton Savings Bank.
4. Adjournment
Date of nest meeting: March 7, 2001 at 6:00 p.m. [This meeting has been rescheduled to
March 14, 2001 at 6:00 p.m.]
