FAIR HOUSING COMMITTEE

Kathy Davidson, Louise Motyka. Shaun Burke, Fair Housing Director
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Discussion with Paul Folkman
Mr. Folkman and architect Doug Annino were present with plans for proposed housing on
Branch Street for residents 55 -and over. There are three parcels of land involved that must
be rezoned from Rl to R2. Mr. Folkman requested that the Fair Housing Committee furnish
the Planning Board with a letter of support for his rezoning petition.
Also present for this discussion were David and Eric May, representing DeWolfe Real
Estate.
3. Capital Improvements Request
Mr. Webster met with the Capital Improvements Committee on March 1, 2001 to request
start-up money to begin an affordable housing program.
The committee agreed it should attempt to form its own housing partnership.
4. Adjournment
Motion: To adjourn at 7:00 p.m. (Benoit =Marton) All in favor. PASSES
