Present: Ronald Webster, Cheryl Buck, Louise Motyka, Judy, artone , ShEmourke
and Shelly Roberts,
Minutes of March 23rd, 2005 were accepted.
Ron Webster, informed the committee that he was going to resign as chairman of the Fair
Housing Committee.
Elections were held, and Judy Martone was elected chairperson for a two year term.
Shelly Roberts was elected secretary for a two year term. There was no need to elect a
treasurer, as this committee does not handle any money situations.
The Fair Housing Posters, were submitted to the committee, and A grand prize poster
was picked as well as second, third and fourth prize poster winners. Shaun was going to
get in touch with the middle school, so that the students of the posters that were selected
would attend our next meeting. They would be presented with their awards and then
would go upstairs, and appear before the Board of Selectman.
Next meeting June 8a', 2005.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
