Present: Jay Barrows, Judy Martone, Louise Motyka, Marilyn Lewis ,Shelly Roberts
A discussion was held regarding the adoption of the following schedule of appointments
of a term and when then would end.
I t was agreed that Jay Barrows, Judy Marione and Louiie Motyka their term would end
on January 1, 2007, Shelly Roberts and Marilyn Lewis would end January 2008, and
Glenn Nirenberg and Bill Dowd would end their term on January 2009.
A treasurer's report was presented but not accepted pending further explanation of the
balance. According to our records, the balance should have been unchanged.
Minutes of April 26'h were accepted.
Marilyn Lewis said she was going to write to the selectmen and inform them of the terms
that we established for our committee members.
Meeting adjourned 7:35.
