Signed Motor Vehicle Abatements & Warrants for Actual 2013 Real and Personal
Property Bills
2. Approved Settlement of 2009 Verizone Wireless ATB Case, grant abatement
according to agreement.
3. Signed remaining FY 2013 Recap Forms
4. Approved one Clause 41A Tax Deferral, FY 2013, 341 Pratt St/
5. Approved request from Tax Collector to abate under Chapter 59, Section 71
uncollectable Personal Property for years, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010
6. Opened sealed bid proposals for FY 2014 Revaluation for Real and Personal
Property. Awarded sole bidder Vision Government Solutions Real Estate contract
and sole bidder, Real Estate Research Consultants, Personal Property contract.
