written. Seconded by Linda McCabe. Motion passes, 3 -0.
3. Facilities:
At 6:15p, Mike Annello, Sean Stewart and Colin Pacelli of NEOTHSL of F.F.C. came for a
disciplinary discussion regarding an incident that occurred at Plymouth Street Turf field on
October 5, 2014, Mr. Annello's team was running over in their allotted time due to a late
arrival of their referee. The Mansfield women's team had a permit from 10:00am- 12:00pm.
When NEOTHSL was on the field for more 30 minutes past their time, the women came onto
the field to start their game. Words were exchanged between the two teams and continued
even after the women started their game. Mr. Annello's team stayed and continued to yell at
the women while they were playing their game.
In addition, a player on Mr. Annello's team brought a dog (prohibited) and the dog went to
the bathroom on the field. There will be a charge to disinfect the field from this situation.
Mr. Annello didn't disagree with what was brought up at this meeting as to what happened,
but he was hoping that he could continue to play or to have the remainder of his fees
returned.
The decision of the Recreation Commission was to suspend his cut-rent permit and prohibit his
team from playing at Plymouth Street on Sunday, November 2"d and to revoke his fees. If Mr.
Annello wanted to contest this decision, he could ask for a hearing. He waived his right to the
hearing. Kevin Kemp suggest that Mike Annello email Sherri Gurnon saying that he is
waiving his right to the hearing and to state his case as to why he feels his team should get
their fees returned. A vote will be taken at this next meeting.
