additions as follows to the "Mansfield Recreation Commission League and Program
Participant Behavior Regulations" page given to permit holders, Mitch would like
to add, after the first paragraph, the following:
"The Director and his/her duly authorized representative shall have sole authority
at any time to reduce, limit, hold, and /or deny the effects of any permit issued by
the Recreation Commission until the Recreation Commission reconvenes,
reviews and acts on said permit restriction."
After the three rules listed, add the following paragraph to replace the existing
paragraph beginning with: "Any violations... ":
"Any permitted party in violation of any permit limitation or defying the authority
of the Director shall be immediately suspended from any and all town related
permitted activities issued under this Recreation Commission until the Recreation

program for children with special needs and wanted to have her child's membership
to the Holiday Inn's swimming pool paid for by the Recreation Department.
The program was started many, many years ago and no real guidelines were set up.
This same fund is used to pay for the summer concerts, Arts in the Park, and movies
so there isn't a lot of money available outside of these programs listed.

honor it. However, after this application, we will end the program.
