Re: Past meeting minutes for your files

Please find attached copies of all of the Historical
Commmission's meeting minutes from 1991 and 1992 which are
in my possession. I don't have a-copy of the minutes of the
January 1991 meeting which are alluded to in the February
1991 minutes.
It's possible that I wasn't Secretary of the commission at
that time. I spoke with Barbara Orlando last spring, and
she said she'd ask Vivian Sweet, a previous secretary, if
she had copies of any past meeting minutes that we should
give you.
From February 1991 on, your files are now complete. We only
met three times in 1991, for several reasons: we were short
of members and had trouble obtaining a quorum, especially
when Barbara was pregnant, and we had trouble reserving a
room at the Town Hall before we changed our meeting night.
