The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. Present were
Pat Cataloni, Jean Nordbeck, Gean Parks, Wayne Jacques, and
Barbara Orlando.
Minutes of the March 31, 1992 meeting were read and
accepted.
Plans for the Park Row School Commemoration were addressed.
Jean reported that there are still some yearbooks missing.
Kate Viens will be asked to issue a press release seeking
yearbooks for 1.912 -1928 and to have the Mansfield News run a
copy of the building survey for the Park Row School.
Gean Parks has contacted six members of the Council on Aging
who will act as guides for tours and questions about the
school. Gean and Jean have made up a form that will be left
at the Council on Aging and at various places in town to aid
people volunteering memorabilia or recollections of their
days at Park Row.
Barbara Orlando will bring a coffee pot and coffee for the
volunteers on the 30th and remind Lorilee to announce that
we are having the open house and to reserve a table for us.
The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
