The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Present were Kate Viens, Wayne Jacques,
Jean Nordbeck, Pat Cataloni, Gean Parks, David Loving and Leslie Pasch.
The October minutes were approved as amended in the 1st paragraph, last sentence from
"to support the study" to "support the Capital Improvement Plan ".
REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE:
1. Town Correspondence
a. Notice of Warrant from Town Accountant, 11/23/94.
b. Two print -outs - Revenue Fund - 10/26/94 and 11/21/94.
2. Outside Correspondence
a. Massachusetts Special Commission on Historic Preservation - Executive Summary,
9/9/94.
b. Gravesite Gazette
c. Copy of the letter Kate sent to The Sun Chronicle supporting "The Capital
Improvement Plan ".
d. Miscellaneous Correspondence - "Save Outdoor Sculpture" and copies of a map
of the Great Woods.
3. Phone Calls
Kate received a phone call from Shaun Burke regarding the Jamison property, located at
400 Mill street. The property is being sold and a subdivision is proposed. Shaun heard about a
cemetery located on the Jamison land and he wanted to know if we knew about it. Kate will
investigate.
