Letter from Planning Board to Mass Highway Dept. on Williams St. Bridge 3. Request for information for town report. Kate will supply the information for the town report. The Fannins examined the Aztec statues and determined that one has already been repaired which moving could loosen. The granite -like rock is stable and they should not topple over. They had some misgivings about heavy trucks in the area during construction. DPW feels protecting the statues is the contractor's responsibility. We may be able to get more information on their authenticity from the Peabody Museum. On Tuesday, November 21, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to allow a pathway through the West St. Cemetary and approved a parking variance for the new town hall. Leslie will get a copy of the motion from the ZBA minutes to ensure the Commission will have approval of the specs. She will also see if the contract for construction has been awarded and the start date. What will be done about the gas house? The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 pm.
