Motion: To approve as submitted (Nordbeck - Unger) All in favor. PASSES

Fisher Richardson House
1. September 27, 2002 update from Municipal Building Committee
2. October 15, 2002 letter to James Bright
Mr. Unger offered to attend some MBC meetings and keep in touch with that
committee to better keep up -to -date with the Fisher - Richardson House work.

Final Draft of Form B — Building
Motion: To accept and submit as written
(Nordbeck - Unger) All in favor. PASSES
Final Draft of Form E — Burial Ground
Motion: To accept and submit as written (Parks - Unger) All in favor. PASSES
The commission discussed the photographs to be included with each of the forms.
Photo #3 will be attached to the front page of Form B. Photos 5, 6 and 7 will be
attachment photos. Photo #14 will be added to the front page of Form E. Photos 11,
12, 17, 20 and 21 will be added as attachments.
When the forms have been completed, they will be submitted to Mass Historic and a
copy will be sent to the cemetery association.
