The commission met at the Fisher - Richardson House to determine what needs to be
done for the house to be opened for the spring season, specifically for the Sister Cities
event in mid -May.
The commission discussed meeting again on Saturday, April 3, 2004 at 8:00 am for a
clean -up day. The major clean -up items are:
• sweeping/cleaning the floors;
• dusting the cobwebs in the corners and ceilings and
• washing the windows.
It was decided that shop -vacs would be the most efficient way to clean the floors.
Members will also bring trash bags, paper towels and rags and window cleaner.
We will get in touch with members of the Garden Club to ask them to clean up the
- flower beds, and with DPW to have the yard cleaned up and the remaining posts from
the support beams removed. The commission was also concerned that the holes fiom
those posts be filled in completely.
Motion: To adjourn at 12:00 p.m.
