Motion: To approve as submitted (Shaw - Baldini) All in favor. PASSES
53 Rumford Avenue (Copeland House) Form B
1. Draft of Form B
2. Additional Copeland House information from Kevin McNatt's Historical Society files
Mr. Martin sent black & white photographs of the Copeland House to go along with the
Form B.
The commission discussed adding "four- square" to the Style/Form section of the Form B.
The commission discussed whether the "Conference Room" space was originally two
rooms. Mr.'Servais said he would be able to determine that when he visit s the house.
Ms. Davis will revise the Form B with the additional information provided by Mr.
M
cNatt.
The commission discussed having the Fisher Richardson House brochures reprinted. Mr.
Baldini noted the telephone in the Fisher Richardson house seems to be missing.
Motion: To adjourn at 8:30 p.m. (Davis -Shaw) All in favor. PASSES
