Motion: To approve as submitted (O'Malley-Baldini) All in favor. PASSES
2. August 6, 2007 letter from Mass Historic re: Spring Brook Cemetery
3. August 8, 2007 letter from Mass Historic re: 279 -295 School Street development
4. August and September Verizon bills
5. July 10, 2007 letter from John D'Agostino to Mr. O'Malley appointing him to the
commission
6. July 10, 2007 letter from John D'Agostino to Ms. Davis reappointing her to the
Commission

3. Draft Revision of "Form B — Building" Survey
Motion: To submit the draft Form B to Mass Historic (Baldini- Martin) All in favor.
PASSES
4 New Business
Mr. Servais suggested the board do something to get some press. He said there are a
number of pictures and postcards of many old houses in town at the Copeland House and
suggested the commission identify them and investigate which are still standing and
which are not. Mr. Martin suggested putting some of the pictures on the town's website
and asking people if they recognize the houses. Mr. Baldini said he wasn't certain there
is an inventory of those photographs and houses at the Historical Society, but said he
would check. Mr, Baldini suggested the commission could do a presentation at a
Historical Society meeting and have the two groups work together. The house is open
every Monday 7-9 pm.
