Mr. Servais suggested sending Mass Historic a letter of thanks for their help on the
Springbrook Cemetery application.
The commission needs to send more black and white photographs to Mass Historic of
the interior of the Jennie Copeland House.
Historic District
The commission discussed reviewing the minutes of the meeting after Mr. Servais did
the downtown tour with the Mass Historic representative.
Check with Mass Historic for a list of consultants who do inventories with an eye
toward doing some more. Check with Mass Historic for a template for the
property owner opinion survey. Have a map made of the Union Street/North Main
Street/north common area, with owners' names if possible.
Mr. Servais said he would draft a letter to send to homeowners as an educational
document, explaining this is the beginning of the process, what it would mean to the
homeowner, etc.
