A presentation by Habitant for Humanity with Core y,ktimws frbirirKi� Development
and Steve Mayo. They discussed what habitant has available for funding projects, and
the guidelines that they have with the families that they choose for their housing. That
they have to volunteer about 250 hours towards their house, in several ways that are
available, and that there housing always stays affordable.
The property on Church Street was once again discussed as a possible site for a joint
project between the two groups... Marilyn Lewis was going to check into the parcel and
make sure that indeed it was town owned land.
A discussion, for another meeting with Habitant on March 24a` , at 6:30 pm to further
discuss this venture, and to answer many questions that were brought up by the
committee, as to rules for this venture as far as guidelines and restrictions.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45
