Mansfield Housing Partnership

Present: Kathy Davidson, Marilyn Lewis, Sherry Buck, Louise Motyka, Rotan d Benoit,
,Judy Martone , Ron Webster, Shelly Roberts s _ E
Minutes of March 10`s and April l0 were accepted.
Treasurer's report by Sherry Buck stated an ending balance of $5406.60. There was
some discussion regarding a $3,000.00 expenditure that went to Community
Opportunities Group, that was not approved by this committee for spending.
A motion was made by Judy Martone and a second by Marilyn Lewis that Mr. Webster
writes a letter to the town manager asking for an explanation as to why this sum was
removed from the Mansfield Housing Partnership account.
The committee also, looked over the posters that were submitted by Linda Swallow's
students from Qualters Middle School. The students, whose posters received recognition,
will be advised from Mr. Burke.
Habitant gave us an update regarding the presentation that they would make at the May
18a' town meeting. A discussion was also held regarding community awareness on our
local cable channel. Marilyn Lewis was going to co- ordinate that with Habitat.
Next meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2004.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45.
