Present: Marilyn Lewis, Judy Martone, Glenn Nirenberg, Louise Motyka, Jay Barrows,
Sherry Buck, Bill Dowd, Shaun Burke and Shelly Roberts
Minutes from December 7, 2005 were read and accepted.
Sherry Buck gave a treasurer's report that we have $8085.49
John D'Agostino gave a complete update that the CDC was approved and haw it will
work He explained how it will help enable us to meet the necessary affordable housing
required. He discussed the make up of the CDC, and the role it will have with the
affordable housing plan.The committee members appointed will be from all aspects of
the community.
The balance in the Housing Support Account, is $107,085.77.
A continuing discussion was held, on the Campbell Street Project and the Assisted Living
Facility and Erick Road again as a possible parcel to use for affordable housing.
Sherry Buck handed in a letter stating, that she would be stepping down from being the
treasurer, and leaving both the Mansfield Housing Partnership and the Mansfield Fair
Housing Committee.
Our Next meeting will be after a Housing Authority meeting, to be announced at a later
date.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
