Present: Marilyn Lewis, Judy Martone, Glenn Nirenberg, Louise Motyka, Bill Dowd,
Shaun Burke and Shelly Roberts
Minutes from January 11th, 2006 were read and accepted.
A discussion was held on the Fair Housing Poster Contest. Several members volunteered
to pick up the gift certificates from local merchants that would be used for prizes.
Fairfield Park was approved, and it was changed from 256 units to 200 units.
The committee discussed the MHC (Mansfield Housing Corp.), and it was decided that
Marilyn would write a letter asking for consideration for a presence on the newly formed
committee.
A discussion was also held on merging the Fair Housing Committee with the Mansfield
Housing Partnership, since both committees have had the loss of several members.
Meetings were scheduled for April 12`h to choose the fair housing poster contest, and a
meeting on April 26th to award the poster contest winners, and then go to the selectmen's
meeting where the award winners would receive recognition.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45.
