Meeting Minutes

General Business
The review of minutes from the December 6, 2011 meeting were postponed.
Chairman Oreste reported that he was not able to contact Attorney Costello, The General consensus is that
we will not be a 501 C3 due to the restrictions and will investigate 501 C4. Director Gazzolo wants to find out if
donations are deductible under the 501 C4. Directory Joynt will speak with the Building Inspector. It was
decided that Director Luca should speak with Attorney Costello regarding the 501 C4 tax status where he is the
most familiar with IRS tax status.'
A separate workshop will be held to develop a business plan and draft estimated expenses associated with the
purchase of a 2 family investment property.
Future Meeting Dates: February 7, 2012 at 6:30PM.
