General Business
Review and approve Minutes

Motion: To re- affirm the acceptance of the minutes for the meetings held on June 21, 2011 and 1v1a� 46; 2011.

Motion: To accept the minutes of the October 3, 2012 meeting (Roberts / Joynt 4/0/2 — Lewis and Amoruso
abstained)
Treasurer's Report: None
Director Oreste reported that the Planning Department has a map of vacant land however most of it is not developable.
Discussion followed about abandoned and town owned property that may be identified as a buildable, and /or available for
Habitat for Humanity. Directory Oreste will speak with the Town Manager to request that the Housing Corp be included
on the e-mail distribution list any time there is correspondence sent out regarding residential development with the
number of units greater than 6. Director Amoruso to speak with Planning Department about building possibilities in town.
All Directors will consider reaching out to any Realtor relationships to pursue properties that may be for sale.
