Meeting opened at 6:40PM
General Business
Review and approve Minutes: None
Treasurer's Report: Director Roberts reported the balance to be $279,020.26
Chairman Oreste reported that the board received a refund from Philadelphia Insurance Company for liability coverage in
the amount of $705.00. Director Joynt inquired about the corporation's 2012 tax filings and offered to follow up with Dave
Doucette on the status. Chairman Oreste reported that a letter was sent to the Board of Selectmen requesting assistance
with adding members to the corporation's board. There has been no progress to report at this time. Director Amoruso
offered to investigate a newspaper article notifying Mansfield members of the vacancies. Director Joynt reported that
there is property listed for sale 17 Pratt Street for $100,000 that could be considered for development. Chairman Oreste
will speak with Habitat about its potential. A local realtor provided a listing to members of the board for two lots on
Thompson Street but it was decided that since there is no paved street to the properties it would be too costly for the
board to develop.
