Municipal Building Committee
Meeting I huitcs December 6, 2005
Special Town Meeting
Members Present: James Liddick, Chairman, Richard Feeley, Clerk, William Moore,
David Young and Eleanor McCarter
Ken Gay — Absent
The Municipal Building Committee was posted to meeting at the Quakers Middle School
to attend the Special Town Meeting as officially posted to begin at 7:00 P.M. The
quorum (200 people) needed to begin the Special Town Meeting was not reached until
almost 8:00 P.M.
MBC Meeting minutes were distributed to Member Moore to begin review and editing.
Mansfield School Feasibility Study - School Superintendent John Moretti withdrew the
warrant article submitted by the School Department seeking funds for Schematic Design,
on the Town Meeting floor. The Superintendent Moretti provided a presentation of the
efforts put forth by the Feasibility Study Committee and expressed the School
Department's intention to continue securing more accurate data to present at a future
date.
