Meeting Minutes of February 1, 2005

Meeting commenced at 7:45 PM.
WATER TREATMENT FACILITY
Chairman Liddick reviewed a new budget format set up using Excel computer software which
the MBC will use from this point forward to maintain project budget.
MBC Meeting Minutes — Members reviewed edits and approved MBC meeting minutes as
follows:
Motion to approve: AMC Meeting minutes of April 6, 2004:
Discussion; Approval is granted for general discussion minides only. Executive Session Meeting
Minutes recorded on April 6, 2004 were approved previously on 4113104, but are not for release
due to litigation pending. R. Feeley/K. Gay: 3 -0 Passed.
Motion to approve MBC Minutes of December 7, 2004: R. Feeley/K. Gay 3 -0 Passed.
Motion to approve AMC Minutes of December 14,2004: R Feeley/K. Gay 3 -0 Passed.
Motion to approve AMC Minutes of December 21, 2004: K. Gay/R. Feeley 3 -0 Passed.
Motion to approve MBC Minutes of December 28,2004: R. Feeley/K. Gay 3 -0 Passed.
Motion to approve MBC Minutes of January 4,2005: K. Gay/R. Feeley 3 -0 Passed.
Motion to approve MBC Minutes of January 11, 2005: R. Feeley/K. Gay 3 -0 Passed.
Motion to approve MBC Minutes of January 18, 2005: K. Gay/R. Feeley 3 -0 Passed.
MBC will forward a copy of all meeting minutes to the Town Clerk for permanent record.
Meeting adjourned at 9:45 PM.
