Meeting Minutes of September 20, 2005
Members Present: James Liddick, Chairman, Richard Feeley, Clerk, Kenneth Gay,
David Young, and Eleanor McCarter, Secretary
William Moore — Excused Absence
Meeting commenced at 7:30 P.M.
GENERAL MBC BUSINESS
File Management — MBC continues to work toward preparing project files for future audit and/or
archives. Members sorted through a large volume of old documents that evening to help
determine which documents would be critical to keep on file.
MANSFIELD SCHOOLS PROJECTS
Qualters Middle School — Members discussed future options with respect to ongoing litigation
between the Town of Mansfield and Architects formerly from Keyes Associates and requested a
meeting be scheduled on Oct. 4, 2005 with the Town Manager and School Superintendent to
discuss the future direction of the case. The Attorney will not be present for this discussion.
School Feasibility Study
Members of the Committee attended the School Committee Meeting at 8:00 P.M. to listen to
DRA present conceptual plans for future school expansion of the Qualters Middle School and
Mansfield High School.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
