Budget Close out Issues • Discussion regarding whether SRF loan funds can be used by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to reimburse the Town for furnishings as contained in a recent submission. • May 2006 Town Meeting authorized additional project expenses (electrical modifications & power washer) to be offset by unused design funds already borrowed by the Town for the project. MBC needs to obtain copies of invoices to complete and closeout the project budget. Adjourned at 8:20 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Eleanor McCarter, MBC Secretary ` mej es E.
