TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOILERPLATE Member Doherty presented a 64 -page American Institute of Architects (AIA) document standard to the front of specification books, highlighted and changed to reflect the town of Sharon's needs as determined by their town council. This document was intended to be used as a reference by Members for their work on new standard contract language for Town employee -run projects.
