The meeting opened at 6:45 pm at the Mansfield Town Hall
Future Meeting Schedule: Next Meeting Scheduled for March 13, 2013 at 6 :30pm at
Mansfield Town Hall.
Meeting Minutes:
Updates on School Projects (Walter Parker) — Robinson School Windows
Walter Parker recommends payment of Invoice #1211306 for Gale Associates in the
amount of $1,035.00 for work on the Robinson School Windows.
Motion: To approve payment of Invoice #1211306 for Gale Associates in the amount of
$1,305.00 for work on the Robinson School Window Project.
(Hunter /Paquin); All in Favor; Unanimous; Approved
High School Gymnasium Update
McGuire Group will have plans and specs by mid - February. They are working on the project
right now. Walter Parker and MBC Committee will review the plans and specs before it goes
out to bid. Work will be started after graduation in June.
House Doctor Discussion (Historical Project)
Lee Azinheira feels we should re -bid the House Doctor Services for specifically Historical
Projects. Lee Azinheira will put together the RFP.
Water Projects Update — Lee Azinheira
Lee Azinheira does not have much to report this month. No requisition to process. DEP was at
Albertini Well today. The approval from the DEP to run the well will be coming very soon. The
punch list of items that need to be addressed are all minor. Lee is also waiting for lab tests on
the water.
General Business: MBC discussed the annual report and general business will be going over
the web page.

Capital Improvement Projects: No update recorded
Memorial Hall Project: None
