The meeting opened at 6:35 pm at the Mansfield Town Hall
Meeting Minutes:
DPW Updates (Lee Azinheira)
Water Projects
• Lee Azinheira is not recommending payment of invoice from Woodard & Curran at this
time. He is waiting for back up to show how they are being charged for their share of the
costs for the generators.
• The grand opening and dedication of the Albertini Well is going to be on Monday, May
13th at 5:30pm.
Memorial Hall Project
• RFQ was sent to Maureen Doherty. Lee and Maureen will set up some dates to put out
the RFP. The RFP will be out for about two weeks and after one week of advertisement
a site visit will be scheduled.
Updates on School Projects (Walter Parker)
• Walter Parker should be receiving supply plans and specs soon from Maguire Group,
Robert Barry would like all copies email to the MBC Committee.
Motion: To recommend approval of invoice to CDM in the amount of $11,000.00 for
construction document services pending confirmation from Walter Parker that they have
advertised this project for bidding.

• Walter Parker tells board that the last day of school is June 27th. He has advised the
school that they are going to need to begin the project on the gym on June 10th. He will
work out scenarios with Brenda Hodges.
Robinson Windows Update
Waiter Parker talked to Gale Associates in regards to completion of project. Nick Riccio,
Building Inspector, wants to do the final inspection. Nick Riccio called CDM and found out we

ordered screen that did not have cut outs and the windows could not open. Final completion
and inspection has been postponed. New screens have been ordered.
Phase 2 of the window project, Walter Parker is hoping to get from the State for reimbursement.
He should get a response from the State soon.
