The meeting opened at 6:00 pm at
Mansfield, MA.

Future Meeting Schedule: Next Meeting Scheduled for June 12, 2013 at 6:30pm at Town
Hall. Scheduled MBC meetings will be the 2nd Wednesday every month. Scheduled start time
will be 6:30 PM at the Town Hall.
Review of Previous Minutes: None
Meeting Minutes:
Requisitions /Change Orders:
• Lee Azinheira recommends approval of Winston Builders Corporation of Requisition #19 in
the amount of $29,400.00 which represents release of retainage.
Motion: To recommend payment of Requisition #19 for Winston Builders Corporation in
the amount of $29,400.00 which represents release of retainage.
(Barry/Paquin) All in favor; Unanimous; Approved
