The meeting opened at 6:48 pm at the Mansfield Town Hall
Meeting Minutes:
Updates on High School Gym Project
Municipal Building Committee reviewing Requisitions for the High School Gym Project.
Motion: To pay Invoice #7 for CDM McGuire with an adjusted total of $2,700.00 (reduced
50% of the original $5,400.00).
(Paquin /Hunter); All in Favor; Unanimous; Approved
Motion: To approve Requisition Application #2 to Northern Contracting in the amount of
$109,630.00.
(Hunter /Barry); All in Favor; Unanimous; Approved
Designer Selection Committee (Mike Ahern, Town; Walter Parker, Schools; and Municipal
Building Committee
• Review of Proposals for the Memorial Hall Project RFQ and establish a short list.
Top Three (3) Rated Firms on the Short List are:
1. BH &A
2. Gale Associates
3. MKA (McGinley, Kaslow & Associates)
Motion: To accept top three firms to short list.
(Paquin /Ahern); All in Favor; Unanimous; Approved
These firms will be contacted to set up interviews for next week.
