The meeting opened at 6:40 pm at the Mansfield Town Hall

Meeting Minutes:
Requisitions /Change Orders:
• Lee Azinheira recommends payment of Changer Order #6; Contract #2 to Winston Builders
.for Albertini Well Project in the amount of $5,616.14.
Motion: To recommend payment of Changer Order #6; Contract #2 to Winston Builders
for Albertini Well Project in the amount of $5,616.14
(Hunter /Paquin) All in favor; Unanimous; Approved
• Lee Azinheira recommends payment of Contract #2 to Winston Builders for work done at
Albertini Wells in the amount of $215,679.54. This is the final requisition. Albertini Well is
100% complete including retainer.
Motion: To recommend payment of Contract #2 to Winston Builders for work done at
Albertini Wells in the amount of $215,679.54
(Paquin /Hunter) All in favor; Unanimous; Approved
Lee Azinheira recommends payment to Barbato Construction for work at Cate Springs and
Walsh Well in the amount of $79,130.49. This is the final application for Barbato
Construction.
Motion: To recommend payment to Barbato Construction for work at Cate Springs and
Walsh Well in the amount of $79,130.49.
(Barry/Paquin) All in favor; Unanimous; Approved
School Projects Update (Walter Parker)
• Gym Wall — Steel is in and asbestos is totally cleaned -up. Walter Parker will be getting the
air quality report soon. CDR McGuire took photographs of the south wall and steel and
bracing are 100% in place. Upper level columns are in place. East and west walls need the
cracks repaired and painted. Electrician and masons will be starting soon. They will be
getting report from welding inspector. Dry wall work will begin September 16th. Everything
is on schedule and hopefully they can push a little faster. Expected finish date is in October.

• Nick Riccio said all inspections need to be done and also file affidavit, permits completed
and it will be all complete.
