An Open Meeting of the Mansfield School Committee was held at the Town Hall on Tuesday,
January 12, 2010 Budget Meeting. The meeting was called to order and opened by Mrs. Miller,
2 "d by Mr. Trowbridge Session. A Roll Call vote was taken and the meeting opened at 7:00 PM.
Members Present — roll call vote to open meeting:
Mrs. Jean Miller, Chairman - yes
Mrs. Lisa Losiewicz, Vice Chairman yes
Mr. Frank DelVecchio - yes
Mr. Jim Perry - yes
Mr. Michael Trowbridge - yes
Also Present:
Mrs. Brenda Hodges, Superintendent of Schools
Mr. Edward Vozzella, Director of Finance
FY'11 BUDGET PRESENTATION:
Mr. Edward Vozzella, Director of Finance, presented a Power Point presentation on the current
Budget.
A motion was made by Mrs. Miller, 2 "d Mrs. Losiewicz; to have the School Committee go into
Executive Session and close the Open Session Meeting. Meeting closed at 9:00 PM
