Mr. Vozzella had presented Town Accountant, John Stanbrook, with our reconciliation of records and expenditures vs. the town's, that reconciled down to zero variance and as a result our final number that we will give back to the town is $237,381.78, which Ed had predicted between 200 and 25o a couple of months ago. The variance analysis they had received showed we had significant savings in Special Education, utilities and was partially offset by incremental costs from maternity leaves of absence and substitutes for the people who were out. We had another good year and we met the needs of the schools. Track & Field Update The turf field is completed. If you have not seen it, the field looks great. We plan to begin work on the track next Monday, August 20'h. The estimated time to complete the track is six days. They are waiting to finalize the plans the first or second week of September. Five rooms will be affected with each room taking about three days per room.
