An Open Meeting of the Superintendent Search Site Visit was held at Jordan /Jaa(zson mi., ay,
November 20, 2014. The open meeting session was opened and called to order by Chairmafn 2vlicHae1
Trowbridge at 8:01 AM. A motion to open was made 1st by Kiera O'Neil, 2nd by Linda Fernando

Michael Trowbridge welcomed everyone and thanked all for coming. Attendees introduced themselves and
4,m ified their current role in the school or town. He gave an overview of the superintendent search to date and
__tailed the session planned for the day.
Several sessions were held during the day. Various stakeholders in the Mansfield Community were
selected. This opportunity allowed the school committee to hear how members have interacted over the
past 3 months with Mr. Gianetti as interim superintendent.
Mr. Gianetti was available towards the end of the session to answer any questions that the Municipal or
Union groups may have.

Mr. Trowbridge called for a motion to adjourn at 11:45 am. A motion was made to adjourn for the day 1st
