Minutes for Wednesday, September 3, 2014
Town Hall, Room 3A /B
An Open Meeting of the Mansfield School Committee was held at the Town Hall on
Wednesday September 3, 2014. There was no executive session. The open meeting
session was opened and called to order by Chairman Michael Trowbridge at 7:OOp.m.

Meeting was held jointly with Selectman for interview /appointment of Audit Committee
applicant Robert Krentzman.
Chairman Michael Trowbridge made a statement at the microphone that the School
Committee had no questions, but just a statement. Mr. Trowbridge thanked Mr.
Krentzman for coming forward and volunteering and that he appreciated all the
hard work he has done within the community over the years.
Motion was made to approve Mr. Krentzman by Linda Fernando and seconded by Wayne
smith

Motion to adjourn:
Chairman Michael Trowbridge called for a motion to adjourn the School Committee
meeting of September 3,2014 at 7:31 p.m. for the sole purpose of adjourning. A motion was
made to close the meeting 1st by Mrs. Fernando and 2nd by Mrs. Caviicchi 1. A roll call vote to
