Mr. Leite said Ms. Edge conducted inspections recently, resulting in four violations: Cannan Fuels, 157 Pratt Street (first violation for a Collaborative inspection), Cumberland Farms, 30 Chauncy Street (first for a Collaborative inspection), Mansfield -MA X -tra Mart, 905 South Main Street (two prior FDA violations, first for a Collaborative inspection), Town News, 165 North Main Street, one prior FDA violation, first for a Collaborative inspection). Mr. McClean asked for a history of violations for each vendor. He said it is still a violation, whether it is an FDA and Collaborative inspection. Mr. Healey said the Board wanted the regulations to include all violations. Mr. Leite said all violations would be considered when the license is renewed. Mr. Healey suggested adding to the draft regulations the definition of violation to include state and federal inspections.
