III. RECAP LAWN SEMINAR at Norton middle school
The seminar that was held on March 29,2001, did not go as well as planned.
One major problem was the attendance. Leonard F. Flynn stated it was geared
more towards the designers and installers than the general public.
Discussion then led to improving the seminar.
Suggestions from the committee:
1.Have it apply more toward the general public.
2.Video tape the seminar, _broad cast on the local cable station.
3.Place it in the School's and Libraries also in Video stores.
4.Press releases in the newspapers.
These suggestions could lead to saving time and money every year.
IV. MILL POND DAM - Mansfield - Bob Jones /Dick Lewis
This could be a capital improvement. Opening bids started around $55,000.
They are waiting for the finance committee to consider.
